Biography
Founded in February 2024, Toronto-based Chef Bisous is a bilingual children’s educational act on YouTube, created by Order of Vaughan recipient and certified teacher Jade Crystal and her musician husband, Daniel. Together, they independently write, produce, design, and market their content. Chef Bisous offers full-length lesson videos and sing-along songs covering concepts like shapes, opposites, planets, and more, amassing over 750K views on YouTube. Each video is paired with a fun recipe and free, activity sheets available at chefbisous.com in both english and french, encouraging hands-on learning that extends beyond the screen. Their debut album, Tasty Tunes Vol. 1, features the viral hit “Boat Song,” co-written by their 4-year-old son. Their follow-up, A Bite-Sized Snack, continues the fun with songs like Which Bin Song, Trick or Treat Halloween Song, and Gingerbread Man Song. With Juno-nominated collaborations, live shows, and all merchandise proceeds supporting Canadian Feed the Children, Chef Bisous is on a mission to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in children everywhere.
